Mr Nico Jonas was so attentive and kind throughout the process, and immediately put us at ease with his expert knowledge in the field of Paediatric ENT issues. Elena actually enjoyed all of the tests at the initial consultation (quite miraculous for a 3 year old), which I am sure was due to Mr Jonas’ kind and engaging manner. The surgery itself went perfectly and her recovery has been excellent. All our questions and concerns were answered by Mr Jonas and we felt confident throughout the proceedings.

Mr Nico and his secretary Mari, have been super helpful from day one. The face to face appointment went very well with a great explanation of the issues and further steps.

Today’s virtual review was great today. We are so happy and pleased with the whole experience, that we have decided to take our youngest to see Mr Jonas too.
